Resident Satisfaction Guarantee
We're so confident that you'll be happy with your new apartment and
community, we guarantee it with our 30-day Resident Satisfaction
Guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your new home
during your first 30-days of new residency, simply notify your management office
via a written 30-day advance notice of your intended move-out date.
Upon your physical move-out, we'll refund your security deposit, less any
damages, unused rent, and less any promotional rent discount programs, if
applicable.
You may choose to transfer the fees and deposit to another one of our
communities provided you request the same in writing during the 30-day notice
period.
48-Hour Maintenance Guarantee
We guarantee to address any routine maintenance
request within 48 hours (two working days) from the time the written maintenance
request is submitted, or we promise to credit you one day's rent for each day of
delay up to seven days. If a routine maintenance request is not satisfied, a
resident must notify the management office in writing within seven days of when
that request should have been completed.
Our on-site management strives to
complete all routine maintenance requests within 48 hours. Unfortunately, some
non-routine requests will take more than 48 hours due to the need for outside
contractors or special suppliers.
Our 48-Hour Maintenance Guarantee is applicable to all requests submitted with your permission to
enter, seven days a week. Requests submitted after 4 p.m. will be considered
received the following day. Requests after 4 p.m. Friday will be considered
received the following Monday. Program subject to change, please see your
community management office for complete details.
Resident Response Guarantee
Our Resident Response Guarantee ensures prompt attention to resident
concerns. As a resident, any time you are dissatisfied with your apartment,
community or our customer service, there is a procedure in place that guarantees
you prompt attention to your concern. We even have a full-time customer
care manager who's dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction.
